Best Friend

Before we moved to Elkford, my dad, gave Maddie a webkinz that he had bought while traveling on one of his many work trips.  It is a cute little guinea pig that Maddie insists is a gerbil.  She has barely touched it since we moved here until the other day when I told her we were going to give some of her toys that she didn't play with away to kids who don't have any.  She really panicked and dug the guinea pig out of the bin and hasn't gone an hour without him since.  She has named him, Jimmy, and said, "mom we need to tell grandpa Stewart thanks for Jimmy because he is my best friend." 

She is playing in her tent with him and if you notice, she has him at the dog sled races too.
