Sick Kid

The day before I was supposed to go to girls camp with my mom and help her cook, bug got sick.  It started out with just a fever, then a fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat and when her fever didn't go away after 5 days, I had to bite the bullet and go to the clinic.  It sucks not having insurance!  The poor kid has bronchitis.  We got her on antibiotics and after 5 days she felt much better.  Sick kids are so depressing.  We did lots of NOTHING and lots of snuggling and movie watching.  It was pretty sad when the day she felt the worst, she cried and told me she really wished her dad was there to hold her and snuggle her while she didn't feel good.  She loves to be with her dad when she feels crappy.
