Valentine's Day isn't usually too exciting in my pathetic world. I don't get excited for it. Maybe if Steve was a romantic and he tried spicing things up a bit, then I might love it. For now, it is just another day.

My mother did watch Maddie for us while we went and saw the chick flick, "He's Just Not That Into You." I was happy he was willing to see a girly movie, but it wasn't so good. I wouldn't tell anyone to go see it.

We didn't do anything the rest of the day. We didn't even buy each other gifts. I got Maddie and Steve a card and that was that. Am I really that lame or is this holiday just as boring in most other wives worlds?
