ZOO TIME!!

Maddie turned 18 months on Sunday and it is Steve's only day off, so we took advantage of our time with him! We met up with some of our family from Breton, (the Blackmores) and Steve's sisters (Sarah, Amy, Emily and cousin Misty) and brother (Adam). First, we had a delicious lunch at Red Robin with the Blackmore family and then we all headed to the Edmonton Valley Zoo. It is a small zoo that we have been to once before, but we still had a blast. Maddie knows more animals and their sounds, so it was more exciting to take her this time. Her favorite animal was the monkeys, and mine was the guinea pig exhibit (ha ha)! They have one elephant named Lucy, a tiger, zebra, red panda, lots of goats, guinea pigs, rabbits and barn animals. Here are some pictures of her first day of being 18 months old!
